Project Manager – Huddersfield Our client, a leading construction contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £20 million commercial development in Huddersfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with a strong track record in managing large-scale commercial projects from pre-construction through to handover. The Role Oversee the full lifecycle of a £15m commercial build Manage programme, budget, quality, and health & safety Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and site teams Maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder communication Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Requirements Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects Background with main contractors preferred Strong leadership and organisational skills SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications desirable Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively What's on Offer Competitive salary package Car allowance / company vehicle Pension and benefits Long-term pipeline of regional projects Opportunity to join a growing and respected contractor
