Listed on Google Maps as Town Hall Car Park but the signs identify it as Alfred Street Car Park. Ample spaces including 3 blue badge and 4 family spaces. Reasonably priced. Open 24 hours. No barrier but it has number plate recognition and you need to pay before you exit, either by app or at the machine. Lighting was a little dim in parts at night. No concessions for blue badge holders.
Never parked in Huddersfield center before, you just pull in and park. Pay at machine or by app on exit. No fuss.
Got the last spot for going to watch stereophonics at st johns stadium 15 min walk
