All sales bluff and no follow through. No professional integrity. Time wasters. Presumably due to being disorganized and under resourced or maybe just plain lazy who knows. But would go elsewhere if you care about working with people who actually do what they say they are going to do. I had initial sales meeting where they put on 3 people and took up 1.5 hours. At the end the next steps were agreed I would send my accounts data to one of the people there and he would get back to me about next steps. I sent the info the same day. It was downloaded the day after and then I was simply ignored. I did follow up and got no acknowledgement or next steps. I then even emailed the managing director who chaired the original meeting to inform him of the lack of follow up, and again was completely ignored. This is not a company with professional integrity.

We felt at ease with George, he listened to our requirements and gave us detailed options for our investments without any pressure to invest more than we were initially comfortable with. Since investing with Simpson Wood we have had received good follow up information and George has answered any questions promptly. As with all investments only time will tell if the advise given was sound but at present we have no reason to doubt it.

We have been really pleased that we did as the service we get is outstanding with regular annual in person reviews and George is always easy to get hold of if we have any queries.
