I went in for some support setting up a credit card and a joint account. Natalie was absolutely fantastic – she guided both myself and my partner through everything with ease and even helped my partner set up her own credit card too. The service was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience – thank you, Natalie!

Bethany helped me with on line banking and obtaining an APS transfer form. She was very kind, very patient and carefully logged a concern re text messages wanting confirmation of appointment. She is an asset to your institution. It was very much appreciated.

AVOID Go with Halifax!! Good luck ever getting access to your account on a new phone without being inconvenienced by this bank. Everything any person could want to verify identity. I have. But because of a “security” feature I’ve now got to come into the bank to get access to my online banking…. Stupid security if the only person it is preventing from accessing its service is the user. 🤦‍���️ had a bank with them for many years will now be closing it down due to the incompetence I’ve seen today. No chance will I be locked out of my own account without anything I can do other than come to the bank for you to sort it by ascertaining the same information you can get on the phone.

Wendy explained the quiet hour between 9.30am til 10.30am. This is very useful for me because I am autistic and sensitive to sound. Sound stops my thoughts and causes gaps. I big shout out to Wendy for being so helpful.
