Just want to say a big thank you to Halifax, Huddersfield. Especially Holly and her team helping the place be festive, warm and welcoming inside. You’re doing a great job, thanks again. Merry Christmas and have a happy new year! :)
The Halifax bank Huddersfield town Centre was really helpful towards me. The girl was so pleasant and kind. She passed me over to an advisor called Sam he helped me tremendously and I have no doubt if I have any problems they would sort it out. I’m just learning online banking not too good at the moment but getting better and they are helping me so much. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy and the manners which a lot of places are lacking today. I will give a big shout out for the Halifax bank. Thank you very much. Some of us do appreciate you take care and God bless.☘️👍
Very poor service. I was given incorrect information by the female staff member with a bob haircut working the counter, who told me my account would close regardless and that depositing money was pointless. This was wrong and customer services later confirmed the issue was easily resolved by adding funds, something I had already mentioned in branch and was dismissed. I also witnessed the same staff member speaking unprofessionally to another customer, who became distressed and left. Completely unacceptable.
Absolutely outrageous bank, do not recommend, I’m 17 and have never had a bank account before they closed my account for absolutely no reason while I had money in there, they wouldn’t give me my account back and I never received my money out of it either, I was on the phone regarding this for about 45 minutes and transferred to various different people and not a single person helped, worst bank ever
My name is Angela M Payne and I have dealt with the Halifax for many years and recently I have found Customer Service is dreadful. Understaffed for one and I assume the staff are not properly trained as one is passed around. I cant get an honest answer from anyone whether I ring or call in a branch. Lloyds is better but at times again not enough staff. What is happening? It is alright the banks say "go on line" but honestly with all the scams, systems going down, and not able to speak with someone trained in banking, it is impossible to get the correct information. Pull your socks up banking and put your customers first - profit is not the only reason we have banking????
