TSB Bank

Absolutely disgusting customer service from this branch, just been in to deposit almost 400 pounds which i normally do with no issue; their machine took all my cash, refused to send back my money and gave me my card back, essentially robbing 400 off me. i asked the old lady worker for assistance in which she said there's nothing she can do and i'll have to wait till the morning till they can sort this out because they were closed ???, no apology instead she complained that it's annoying for her as the machine been stealing people money all day. it was 4:25 when this took place and they had over half an hour to fix it, she rushed me out the shop and told me to come back tomorrow and she would just take my card details, not even bothering with a receipt, so after being rushed out i went back in asking for a receipt because this level of unprofessional was concerning, she refused to give me a receipt at first despite their machine stealing my money, however the nice man behind the counter spoke over her and said he could give me one which he did, if your machine doesn't work CLOSE THAT MACHINE, never again the way i was treated, switching banks. What if that was the only money i had and needed it urgently ?

Slow service. One person serving. Not arsed in trying to help. Leave customers stood for 30/45 mins…

I recently moved to Huddersfield and changed banks to TSB. The staff seem friendly enough, but every time I go in this place I’m waiting and queuing for ages. Saturday there were 13 people in the queue and one cashier open and other staff elsewhere not helping. I waited 8 mins and the queue had not moved.. then I had to leave due to work. This seems to be happening too often. Even on a work day I’ve waited far too long in a long queue with two staff on the Cashier windows. Not impressed. I might have to go elsewhere where they can facilitate customers needs.

I have never had any complaints with TSB Huddersfield. They are friendly and helpful and do there best. Even with difficult customer's who are really impatient who get cross because of a queue.

i have been banking with them from last 15 years before it was loydsTSB i would have to say that services was good before not anymore, stuff seems to be not very experienced, their stuff mistake cast me 500 pounds loss on foreign currency cheque , i would be switching my account with them very soon.
