Blocked use of crypto meaning I can't access my old account at all losing tens of thousands of pounds. Absolute garbage bank ordered a bank card five times never sent one. Never anyone in the bank to assist you. Very rude customer services. Also if you try withdraw any decent amount of your money you have to jump through hoops and explain and prove what you need to spend YOUR MONEY ON. Con artists will be changing bank and taking this further
The token for online banking needed a new battery. Very small screw! Replaced battery but token didn't work. Waited 20 minutes on the phone only to be cut off when I explained the problem!! Managed a chat online who put me through to a technician where I had to enter my debit card to speak to said technician. In this age of scams how happy am I! Still haven't resolved the token issue and without it I can't access my bank account

I visited the Huddersfield Branch today (3rd June 21) with my elderly mother. My mother had locked her pin accidentally whilst withdrawing money elsewhere. Ben was in the foyer to the bank and was absolutely fantastic with both my mother and I and assisted her in resetting her pin. He also kindly deposited a large amount of £1 coins which mum had collected. A credit to the branch - thank you Ben; you are a star!!!
I love banking with Virgin Yorkshire Bank since 1989 with NO problems at all !! Thank you Virgin!
