I’ve been seeing Katie for just over 6 months now for IPL hair removal on my face and neck, and all I can say is WOW! The results have been incredible after every single appointment. As a woman with PCOS, I had tried so many different hair removal treatments and honestly lost hope. I used to feel embarrassed and found myself removing hair daily—sometimes multiple times a day. From my very first session with Katie, I noticed the hair becoming finer and growth slowing down. The difference has been life-changing. The lovely Katie did my eyebrows, eyelashes, underarm wax and nail and toe gels for my wedding day. She made it so special and had bubbly at the ready. Great service and very pleased with the results, never felt so pretty.

Katie and her team are just amazing! They make you feel at home from the moment you walk through the door. They are all super friendly and are happy to lend an ear whilst you enjoy your appointment. They also have amazing coffee and hot chocolate. Highly recommend 👌

Lovely staff member but didn’t get asked if I had a preference on shade for my tan, have it ready to go when I got there so hadn’t looked at my undertone or anything and hasn’t even lasted 3 days and now looks awful, only had 2 showers since having it done and it’s all ridiculously patchy and I’ll need to exfoliate tomorrow to get it all off. Shame as nice staff and nice place.
