Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs. I had an awful experience at this salon for laser hair removal and so want to warn others to stay away. I paid £1,000 upfront for 10 sessions of SHR starting in January, with the expectation of completing them by May before my holiday in July. Quickly, the salon kept canceling, rescheduling or sometimes just straight up not turning up to my appointments, pushing them back further and further. By June, I had only completed five sessions—half of what I paid for— when I should have been finished with all my treatments. As the gaps between appointments had been too long, the laser hair removal wasn’t working at all. Eventually, I’d had enough and asked for my money back since they were clearly incapable of delivering the service I paid for. The owner refused and made excuses and kept my money. As a full time student, £1,000 is a huge amount of money for me, and I feel completely ripped off. This went on for months until I finally gave up trying. I hope no one else goes through what I did. This salon is unprofessional, disorganized, and dishonest. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Due to previous bad experiences at another salon I was very nervous and scared to come for a Hollywood wax. But Donna was amazing she made me feel really comfortable, she kept asking how I was feeling during the treatment and the end result was great and I left very happy. Will definitely be going back!

I have had a few sessions of microneedling with Anna and she has provided exceptional service which was above and beyond what I could have expected. Anna is very particular, and takes her time with treatment until she is fully satisfied. I would strongly recommend Anna to anyone who is thinking of having microneedling.

Worst experience in my life I have had done yesterday electrolysis the lady was very unprofessional she charged me 55£ for the treatment that hasn’t been done at all took about 5 hairs out and made my mustache look worst please ladies don’t go to this salon very unprofessional and they charge for consultation the lady hasn’t even spoke to me about this treatment only asked few questions that’s all never again to this salon waste of my money. Have look on the picture can you tell the world has been done and costed 55£?

I recently enjoyed a massage at Estetica Beauty Clinic and found it very chilled and relaxing. The masage therapist (Donna) was attentive to my preferences and focused on areas that needed attention. The ambiance was professional but friendly, welcoming and calming AND the clinic smelt devine. Overall, a fantastic experience and I will visit again soon. Keep up the GOOD WORK ladies!!!
