I had my eyebrows waxed here and was clear I just wanted a tidy up. Instead a chunk was taken off the front of one of my eyebrows. On top of that there are still stray hairs. I had them done for an event the following evening and big day at work. I will now be feeling very self conscious. Upsetting and disappointing.

Loved coming into the salon today to have my nails done. Told Julie about a few bad experiences I’d had in others and she took very good care of me and my nails. I had a great time as we all chatted away whilst my nails where being done and they look absolutely amazing can’t wait to come back and have them done regularly now I’ve found a salon I love! Had a fantastic back, neck and shoulder massage today which I desperately needed. Also had a pedicure , with gel on toes, recently which look beautiful. Julie is very professional and knows her ‘stuff’. I don’t often indulge in beauty treatments but ‘watch this space’ I will be from now on …..
