Been trying to purchase a 2018 nardo grey RS 3. Received absolutely no response when requested to send copies of the service history despite making numerous phone calls, emails, Instagram comments under the car’s reel post and DMs, WhatsApp and AutoTrader messages. Spoke to Bani over the phone who said he’d send me the service history, a week later still nothing. Reserved the car early December 2025 on AutoTrader and now in January 2026, I’ve had a reply back saying ‘NO CONTACT’. Such a shame as it did look to be a really nice car. Happy to edit this review if I do ever hear anything back. But slightly concerning that if sales communication is like this, what the after sales service would be like.
I had a great experience buying a used Audi from Apex. The salesman, Bani, would reply quickly to all my questions. The car was exactly as described. Even picked me up from the train station. Quick and smooth purchase. Very professional.
I was looking to sell a vehicle (first of four as we are relocating abroad) and I was provided unprofessional and down right rude customer service. Having to chase for a response is not what should be provided by any garage regardless of the garage itself not wanting to purchase the vehicle in the first right.
