I purchased my first Audi TT from Ashbrow 2 months ago and have not stopped loving it since. Graeme was knowledgable and extremely helpful, especially when test driving the car as I had never driven an automatic before, he made me feel at ease. Smooth process throughout from first interest through to car collection. I would definitely use them again, I drove 2 and a half hours for my dream car and it was definitely worth it. Cannot thank Graham enough for the service we received at Ashbrow. From the minute we arrived, absolutely no pressure, introduced himself and gave us the key to the car my son and I had come to view from Manchester, and gave us time to have a good look around it. Once we decided to proceed with the car, Graham was what i look for in a sales executive, knowledgeable, friendly, and engaged well with both of us. As it was my son's first car on finance, the process was explained in great detail and the whole process was done in a nice, relaxed manner. Within 2 days we were able to come and collect his new car (sorry for being an hour early Graham) and again, was made to feel welcome and valued by Graham and the staff at the dealership. Bit of paperwork signed, and job done. Nice hand over, and one very happy Son. Thanks again to Graham and the team at Ashbrow Garage Can highly recommend them and will certainly be looking to them first for our next purchase.

An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. To paint a picture, we found two exactly the same cars. Same price, same milage, same spec ect ect, we went to see one but left very disappointed mainly down to the first garage customer service being so poor. We then rang about the car at ashbrow and noticed a polar opposite different. They were polite, helpful, not pushy ect ect . Everything you want from a garage. We delt with Carlton mainly getting the deal done and the. Another gentleman, named Graham, who was just as helpful, when we picked the car up. Everything went so smoothly and it was so easy. This review is nothing to do with how good the car is, although we are very happy with it, but only how extremely good the customer care was. Thank you to ashbrow garage, carlton and Graham who all helped us. Also, a quick shout to the gentleman who had nothing to do with our purchase but still took time out of his day to have a conversation with us and talk to us about the car and the possibility of me buying another car from them. Over the past 5 years bought 4 cars from Ashbrow garage , however last year when my purchased a new Audi a6 and some time later a big scratch came up on the side thinking it was delibritly done by someone however after taking it to a body shop I was told that the car had been previously worked on and severe damage and with the warm weather recentIy the filler cracked open . I took it back to the garage hoping that they will fix it however they said we don’t usually do Bidy work but will charge you £300 to repair it I think it’s horrible and car sold to my father at the age of 73 and to pair for something he had no knowledge to we as a family have decided for that reason alone to not buy any further cars from here as well as family and friends

Bought a nice Golf 9 months ago, the car and service were great, no heavy pressure and we took confort from the reviews too. We also bought the RAC extended warranty at the time, and now have an issue - Rachel in the service department has been really helpful, getting one of the technicians to join the call to help identify the problem, and the help us decide how to deal with it including helping with speaking to the RAC re a claim on their policy. Nice to buy a car from a business that is bothered about good service long after you've paid for the car! Will definitely buy from them again.
