Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Huddersfield

I arrived later than expected & was shattered after a long drive. I was met with a kindness & understanding before they ordered me a taxi to my next destination. It was a very nice welcome to Yorkshire & handing back their vehicle was simple & straightforward.

I was let down by Enterprise, not entirely their fault, but less than 5 star performance. They called me with a couple of hours before my van rental to tell me it was no longer available, that it has been in an accident. Left me completely in a mess. I was surprised they didn't have any back up vans. I called another company at short notice and they helped me out. The other company were significantly cheaper too. After a couple of poor experiences I'll not be using Enterprise for van hire again.

Needed a van for house move, these guys were competitively priced with simple online booking. Excellent customer service when we had a problem (which was resolved efficiently) and overall a nice group of lads that were happy to help and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend and we'll definitely use again.

First time using Enterprise, very good experience. I booked via the internet, received a follow up call to confirm details, then picked up the van at the weekend. The van was very clean, very nice to drive. Returned the vehicle, dealt with the same man who booked me out. Really nice customer service.
