Aspley Hand Car Wash

I use this car wash constantly, but after my most recent experience I will not be using this one again. The service is usually top notch, but as I pulled round to the final part of the service, where they dry your vehicle. I was very rudely shouted at by the male to move, when I was already doing so. He clearly couldn’t be bothered with his job, only spending maximum 15 seconds drying my car, when prior to this he spent around 5 minutes on the car in front of mine. Then when he tried to open my door, which was automatically locked, instead of waiting for me to press one button he obnoxiously knocked on my window with force. He then rudely asked for £7, came back with my change, then walked off. Instead of finishing the service by cleaning the sills on my doors he disappeared. Very poor service indeed.

It used to be great and my first choice but now harassed looking staff rush the job and often miss quite a lot of dirt. I suspect a some of the sponges have been dropped as having been getting quite a few circular micro scratches on last few trips

Would not use again if was payer to do so as they have scratched all my car
