Follow- up review: After posting my review, the company responded publicly with what seemed like a genuine apology and a promise to resolve the issues. I followed up with them directly, but unfortunately, nothing was actually fixed. They didn’t offer any real resolution, and their public response now feels like empty words. While their public response gave the impression that they cared and wanted to make things right, in my experience, this didn’t lead to any real action. The problem remains unresolved, and I haven’t seen any effort to rectify it. Based on how this has been handled, I strongly do not recommend this company. Original review: I booked a cleaning service with The Expert Cleaners, but the experience was very disappointing. The team arrived 20 minutes late, and the cleaning was not done to a satisfactory standard. After the service, the sofas still looked dirty in places, with uneven and patchy results. Some areas were visibly cleaner than others. At the time, the cleaner asked me to check the work. I pointed out the patchy look, but was told it was because the sofas were still wet and would improve once dry. They also suggested the condition might be due to the age of the sofas. I trusted their judgement, but after drying, the sofas still looked the same. I followed up by email and included photos to clearly show the issues. Instead of resolving the problem, the company asked me to pay a £50 call-out fee just for them to come back and reassess. I responded that this charge was unfair, as the poor results were not caused by anything on my end but due to the job not being done properly in the first place. I never received a reply after that. Photos are attached to show the actual results. Very poor quality service, poor communication, and no accountability. I do not recommend this company.

Usman arrived early, got straight to work, and did a wonderful job. My sofa no longer smells! He was very polite and friendly – highly recommended.
