Good service from start to finish. I had swelling and an abscess and the dentist fit me in straight away that morning. Sally prescribed me medication for this and thankfully the swelling eventually went down. She sorted out appointments asap for me to ensure I could have a root canal so that I could save my tooth. She also ensured that everything got sorted before Christmas so that I do not have to be in pain over that period. She was very reassuring throughout my root canal treatment and this helped to support my anxiety. Overall a positive experience

I've been going here for over 10 years now and I honestly can't fault them. Yeah it can be hard to get through on the phone but when you see how busy the receptionist is with walk in patients and other patients on the phone you soon realise why you can't always get through. But once you are in...they are fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and professional right the way through. They have up-to-date technology and I can certainly vouch for that having many procedures involving custom made appliances that have lasted for years (and if there is a problem they soon sort it). Their prices are reasonable and you don't feel like you are being ripped off (unlike my previous dentist). Highly recommended.

I have been under the care of Sally and the team now for over twenty years. Today I had an appointment for a porcelain filling. I was terrified and nearly backed out but when I arrived Sally and Buela where just so reassuring I managed to go through with it. Sally explained everything to me and used distraction techniques to reduce my anxiety. Buella let me hold her hand! I was honestly so anxious about going for this treatment but instantly felt safe when I arrived . I would never go anywhere else. Sally genuinely cares about her colleagues and patients, giving great care advice and explaining what to expect. Love these guys. Thank you for taking such good care of me, as always. I needed a crown and had my tooth assessed and the crown fitted in the same day. A machine made my crown in front of me, which only took 10 minutes. The dentist fitted it and that was that. Quick and painless. Exceedingly satisfied with the service I received. I’ve been with the practice for over 10 years and Sally has remained straight talking and highly attentive.
