Had the best experience at this Orthodontics practice, mainly because my first point of contact has been top tier all because of Chloe the receptionist.its been ages since I've had anybody in any type of care service be as open honest and welcoming as Chloe. Georgia was exceptional with explaining all details not only on after care but also with step by step involvement as a patient as to what is being done at that particular stage answered all my questions with thorough answers,appreciated this alot. Louise was brilliant at the very beginning of my daughters braces journey. Very very informative and polite. I would absolutely come here again, couldn't have asked for a better experience than what I've recieved. Chloe is a credit to the practise as your 1st point of contact can set the tone for each visit on how the greet you. Not once have I had any negative vibes of contact at this practice. Thank you so much for the last 2 years ❤️

It took us 2 & half years to reach this point where today my daughter’s braces were taken off and what a smile we got at the end! Brilliant service. Happy with results

My daughter had her braces fitted here, overseen by 2 orthodontists. One was extremely helpful and good with my daughter who was still very young then. However the other was harsh, hostile, impatient and each experience was unpleasant. The way he talked to my daughter who naturally was experiencing pain and had to have 4 teeth out was lacking any empathy. Wonder if this is because if the treatment was on the NHS. Not given any choice around which orthodontist to go to, but overall was not a great experience. She now has bad jaw pain and has had no follow ups at all since the moment the braces came off and the retainer was fitted.

Everyone was so lovely over all the years.They helped sort out what’s best for me and helped me a lot especially during getting them off and I’d like to thank everyone. Especially the woke on the front seat.

Lovely Dentist however equipment didn't work at appt, Dental Nurse not fully prepped to complete her job with precision to support the dentist. Equipment being borrowed from room to room which is not a great experience for the patient being treated. Charged £12.50 for a basic care kit that should be part of the service for braces. Generally this Surgery seems tired and uncared for. Need to work on Patients and service being the priority at all times.
