It took us 2 & half years to reach this point where today my daughter’s braces were taken off and what a smile we got at the end! Brilliant service. Happy with results

The service has been consistently disappointing from start to finish. Booking appointments is extremely difficult, with little to no availability for weeks at a time. There’s a lack of continuity, as I’ve never seen the same clinician more than once. Surgeries are often unprepared, missing the necessary equipment to carry out procedures properly. My orthodontic treatment has been unnecessarily prolonged due to poor organisation and a lack of care. Additionally, there seems to be a constant push towards upselling private treatment rather than completing the necessary care under the NHS, which feels both frustrating and inappropriate

My daughter had her braces fitted here, overseen by 2 orthodontists. One was extremely helpful and good with my daughter who was still very young then. However the other was harsh, hostile, impatient and each experience was unpleasant. The way he talked to my daughter who naturally was experiencing pain and had to have 4 teeth out was lacking any empathy. Wonder if this is because if the treatment was on the NHS. Not given any choice around which orthodontist to go to, but overall was not a great experience. She now has bad jaw pain and has had no follow ups at all since the moment the braces came off and the retainer was fitted.

Everyone was so lovely over all the years.They helped sort out what’s best for me and helped me a lot especially during getting them off and I’d like to thank everyone. Especially the woke on the front seat.
