My daughters surgery doesn’t open on a Saturday so an appointment was made here today. The lady Doctor was the best doctor that my daughter has seen in the past 3 years. She was listened to, not dismissed and the Lady Doctor was calming and suggested the cause of my daughter’s symptoms. Definitely 5 stars and we wish we lived in the area so we could sign up !!!

I had a weekend appointment today and the Dr I saw was genuinely the best Dr I have seen in years. Due to being disabled I’m not unused to being spoken to like I am 5, but she wasn’t dismissive at all, was attentive, informative and reassuring about my neck lumps, and requested blood tests from GP and prescribed a steroid wash for my psoriasis which has been painful and unmanageable recently. Would definitely recommend

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been with my daughter several times to see Dr. Abbas and he never but never picked us up on time. He wasn't even in the clinic, he always came after half an hour. Today 19.09.25 the appointment for my daughter was at 15.30 and at 15.55 we left the clinic without seeing doctor Abbas. I rescheduled to see another doctor because this doctor doesn't respect his patients or his appointments.

I don’t usually leave reviews but felt the need to today. Surgery is very well run, reception staff are great and efficient

Worst surgery ever! All the doctors are always late, 30 mins+ wait time regardless of the day or time. What is the point of having an appointment booked. Staff at the reception don’t have a clue either.
