It would be easier to crack the enigma code than get an appointment with a GP here. You have approximately 5 seconds to tell the receptionist what is wrong with you and you'd better make them count! Also, what is this business of only being able to book appointments at either 08:30 or 13:30? What exactly do they do the rest of the day? I'm quite literally sick and tired of the barriers put between me and the healthcare I deserve.
IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD. THE WORST SURGERY IN THE WORLD AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS THE RECEPTIONIST DOESNT HAVE A CLUE - THEY LIE AND TELL YOU YOULL BE ACCEPTED AND THEN THEY MAKE EXCUSES ! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, worlds most awful practice.
I waiting over 1 however , fiest in the queue, nobody Don't answer, finally someone pick up and let me know to call again and choices different options
Completely unpleasant experience I don't know who some of the staff here think they are. You're supposed to be providing a service and not being obstructive to your patients
TOP STARS, after concerns over an elderly neighbours health we were given a face to face appointment within 2hours of ringing,a full examination of the elderly man was given and concerns over his health issues were eliminated one by one ,leaving the man and myself with no longer having any concerns over his health,Everything was explained and follow up procedures have been put in place ,so thankyou to the receptionist staff and doctors
