I dont have anything bad to say about the doctors here, Dr Iqbal has always been lovely and very helpful. Mainly the receptionists are pleasant too. Unfortunately the lady I just spoke with was very rude, arrogant and patronize which has completely put me off even phoning. people skills are very much needed on reception maybe some further training is needed.

This is a first class surgery. Great reception staff and nurses. The doctors themselves are very understanding, caring and very helpful. Without them I wouldn't be as well as I am today. Thankyou all for being there when I've needed you.

Registered last month with this amazing surgery. The receptionists are bubbly, jolly & pleasant (especially Heather). I am always able to book an appointment when needed and the staff are sympathetic and helpful AND compassionate. A rarity these days! Glad I registered :)

I am giving 3 stars rather than 1 purely because the gps are excellent. I had an issue with the surgery and before making a complaint I asked to speak to the practice manager to try and sort it out. However clearly she is incompetent and ignorant and never returned my call. I therefore went ahead and made my complaint to the CQC and advise other patients who want to complain do so directly to the CQC as this surgery has a poor record of managing complaints and is a direct reflection of poor management.

I would give zero but cant. My daughter has suffered migraines for 5 years+ since she was in her early 20s. The GPs have been lassez faire at best with investigations and treatment. She has had numerous hospital admissions and still nothing. Her employer paid for her to see a specialist in migraines in leeds and her GP ignored recommendations until we were persistent. She has had so many sickness episodes it has nearly cost her promotion at work, despite being excellent at what she does. There have been days when she cant see or walk it's been that bad. GPs prescribed opioids on top of opioids and anti depressants without looking for a cause. She finally got a referral to a neurologist and neuro physiologist. They recommended new medication and a gradual reduction of old meds. My daughter requested baseline blood tests today from her GP (through a receptionist!) as her prescribed new meds can raise LFTs etc. Her GP prescribed these meds and then refused a blood test saying he needed a letter from her consultant! Absolute disgrace. No duty of care for her at all. A complaint is winging it's way to the CCG and practice manager. I have advised her to move GP practice.
