Greenhead Family Doctors

Won’t ever answer the phone, refuse to give you a doctors appointment unless your tech savvy & use the nhs app. Then tell you off when you use it for someone else who isn’t tech savvy & deserve an appointment with their doctor! Could all be fixed if the nhs app was optional, and not mandatory. This is a doctors office, not a tech company.

I’ve been at this practice for just over 3 years. I’ve never once had any problems, they’re very lovely, always helpful, especially when it comes to my daughters appointments. They really never do disappoint. However I have spoken to the receptionist Verna many times and find her to be quite inconsiderate on the phone. Sometimes it’s okay to be assertive I understand I have also worked in this field for many years, but it does also come across abrupt. She never listens, there’s always an answer back for everything and it’s not polite it’s just rude the way it comes across. I feel like she needs to listen more to the patient and just be a little understanding to the fact that we’re not ringing because we want to, we’re ringing because we’re in pain we need help.

Really from the staff who work there. He's very arrogant. They don't listen to anyone. Especially those who welcome you. They won't send you on time. We will have to wait a long time. After an hour of in waiting for my appointment I visited the doctor.

It's been 3 years since i joined this gp. Such a lovely receptionists, always helpful. Dr. Edara is the worst , I was seeking help for many times, I had many appointments with him, he never referral me to the hospital until the issue became worse. I wish him to be quited from all NHS services. I won't forgive him, he always says unlogical solutions. He made me feel worse.

Fantastic service. Took me just over 5 minutes to move through an E-Consult which then directed me to telephone the surgery. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and sent a link to my mobile to request photos, which were uploaded and sent to the GP. This whole process took just over 10 minutes in total.
