Lindley Group Practice

I have received consistently excellent support and care from this practice from general everyday issues to a more recent highly traumatic event. This applies to the Reception team who are helpful, understanding and go the extra mile to make things happen, through the nursing support team and finally to sound advice and consultation from the GPs. All delivered with increasingly limited resources. Thank you.

Terrible practice, known for protecting GPs from having to see patients. Really deteriorated since pandemic. Missed my father's cancer on a several occasions. He struggled for years to actually get an appointment despite obvious symptoms. Oh, and the complaints procedure online doesn't work.

Great experience, I had an urgent appointment for a chest infection. Seen on the same day by Dr Mansoor. The reception staff were kind, sympathetic, and helpful. Now home resting and recuperating.

They have more GPs but give out less apps. They send you to opticians for anything to do with eyes and dentist for anything to do with mouth.(not all require either) or send you to chemist.It’s like they only want to deal with certain issues. I have an issue with my throat and not been well since Sunday. Today I was told after filling in patches that I had a simple sore throat and to contact Medicare, after I spoke with Medicare who asked me a few simple questions and heard the severity of my sore throat they said I need to see the doctor based on answers I had given. So had to wait for the docs to call me back only to be told no apps when I asked for. I asked for after 4 so I could have someone come with me as unsafe to drive with how I feel. Nope nothing. All this could have been resolved if the surgery had asked me the same questions Medicare asked but nope they just wanted to avoid making an appointment from the start. Since Covid this surgery is zero. Oh how different it was with doctors Parker’s and masons In addition these clowns sent me a message at 6.17pm stating I had an appointment at 3.30pm today. No update given on patches. And again the appointment time was before anything I could get there safely. You could not actual make it up. No apps after 4 so they all ensure they get off in time
