A terrible surgery! My mother went in today and was waiting for over an hour as a number of people came in after her and went to see the doctor. She was early for her appointment and was made to wait as the rude receptionists kept apologising and saying it was their fault but still made her wait and let others through. Eventually when she was seen, it was another rude doctor who gave her antibiotics. She then went to the pharmacy only to find that they hadn't sent the prescription through when they said they did. She had to wait another 45mins whilst being on holdwith Marsh Surgery to push them to send it which they eventually did. My mother is very poorly and what happened today is unacceptable. Its a common theme here now as the surgery has deteriorated since Dr Balendren was there. After him it was Dr Gujaral and now they have mainly locum doctors coming through who are insensitive and robotic! The new system does not work, you cannot get through and making an appointment is really difficult. The poor staff and bad overall management of this surgery is shocking which is sad to see. Please avoid this surgery at all costs, just look at the reviews, they have 2 STARS for a reason!

NOT FIT FOR PRACTICE I’ve been with this doctors over 10 years absolute joke ! The older lady on the desk didn’t read my letter from MSK about having to refer me for an operation, which sent me back over six months in a the worst pain of my life Went in just a few days ago to make an appointment, was told I had to do it on the patchs (online) as you can’t go to the doctors and get an appointment, even though I didn’t need one for the same day Also, you cannot get an appointment online either 😅 My father has also been massively neglected by them over prescribing him Tramadol, with no regular check ups, this has now caused him to have serious problems I could continue to go on about many incidents over the past 10+ years. more than enough evidence to get the surgery struck off, but my advice is do not use them ! Moved to another Doctors, even just doing that has made me feel better !

The receptions are rude and dismissive. Doesn’t help to be told you need to book online when 11 literally told us to call you and your website looks like a mess. Awful service, this is why the NHS is failing.

One of the worst experiences of my life was registering here because a hijab lady who is in the information was very rude. She humiliated me and my son many times with her behavior because I don't understand English well and spoke with displeasure. I sent the letter of my appointment to the clinic because I had fallen to the ground and my leg was injured, but he did not give the letter to my son and said that whenever your mother can speak English, she will come by herself, and I had to wait an hour under those conditions. I walk to and from the clinic. The doctors are good and you know a blonde girl who is very polite and well-mannered. But unfortunately, this lady's behavior questioned a clinic and I changed the clinic because I could not tolerate her behavior and being humiliated. .
