I recently had an appointment at The Grange Medical Practice. Although my appointment ran a little over time, the wait was absolutely worth it. I was seen by Dr Mirza Baig, who is new to the practice, and I felt extremely well cared for throughout the consultation. He was calm, thorough, and took the time to explain my test results clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. He also examined me properly, talked through red-flag symptoms carefully, and answered my questions in a reassuring but honest way. I left the appointment feeling confident that I am being appropriately monitored and supported, which made a huge difference. It’s not always easy when you’re worried about your health, and Dr Baig’s approach really helped me feel I was in safe hands. Thank you to the practice, and especially to Dr Baig, for the care and reassurance provided.

This past year The Grange has really got the act together and improved. They were slow off the mark, but stepped up in the end and managed to get me the help I needed and have life saving surgery. They have been great since my op and helped me out with lots of advice, fit note, medication and pain relief very promptly. Changes they have made recently really seem to be working well for patients, in my opinion anyway.

The staff were excellent- including your new receptionist who had a lovely manner. I did receive a text confirming my appointment, but the addition of the purpose of the appointment would be useful. However, overall, services appear to be improving. Thank you!

I came across an advertisement for this surgery by chance and was delighted to see my previous GP, Dr. I.A. I immediately transferred from my old surgery so I could see him again. He has always been so helpful, empathetic, and supportive. My husband and I were among his youngest patients to be referred for IVF, which was successful and we are now blessed with our nearly 13-year-old son. We will be forever thankful for his care. All the other doctors I’ve seen at The Grange have also been very friendly and supportive. Moving to this surgery was definitely the right decision. The reception staff have been great too… I’ve never had any issues, and everything has run smoothly.

I called in the morning for an appointment I was told I would be triaged and contacted the same day. Received a message at 13:40 asking for a photo- sent photo at around 2pm heard nothing called at 5:50pm told that my case not triaged because I sent the image too late in the day. I did not mind being seen the day after it was more that my case had not been triaged and then was told by the supervisor via reception that it was because I was late sending in photos after 1pm (I didn’t get asked for them until after 1:30pm) Unfortunately I have issues every time I try and get care from this surgery
