Wonderful surgery - way better than others in the area. Should get more credit for the great work they do. So many of the complaints are broader NHS-related issues. The surgery is doing the best they can under super difficult circumstances. Special shout out to Rebecca and Dr Ali for consistently being so kind and compassionate. Means a lot - my family and I appreciate you and the other staff.
The GP I spoke to was amazing - she really listened to me and took my views and needs into consideration. The receptionist was lovely too and it was easy to book an appointment. I only just moved to this area and I’m loving my new practice so far!
I’ve just been on the phone with Rebecca to book an appointment for my mum and I’d like to say she was so helpful and so easy to talk to. She took things a step further to help out. I would say she needs to be on that phone full time as she’s the best. Hopefully she’s on the phone again when I call. 🫡
This surgery needs better staff and more qualified staff that actually want to do their job and not brush off patients that need help!! I took my daughter twice to this surgery about her chesty cough, first time I was given some medicine, I went again after her medicine had finished due to her not getting any better (she was 5months old!!) Dr farida Mariam turned us away and said she will get better on her own, she didn’t even ask me to take my daughter out her car seat to check her. A couple days later I rebooked as my daughter was still not well, this time I was told my daughter needed oxygen!!!! Due to her not being checked properly I had to take her to hospital! Disgusting, appalling and putting little children’s life at risk! Please do better
Shocking receptionist / admin woman Can’t Wait to move doctors from here I was apparently diagnosed with colitis seven years ago, but none of the doctors in the last seven years have made me aware of this even though I’ve had major problems No phone calls, no emails no letters Absolute joke of a practice i’m going from all the reviews on here. I’m not the only one unhappy.
