Woodhouse Hill Doctors Surgery

I give these one star because they tell you to ring up every day at 8.30. You do and they never give appointments I have a terminal condition and they fob you off with go to dewsburry walk in center When you can hardly walk. That to me is very neglectful and unprofessional I will be taking this as far as possible and warning everyone off this surgery if a have to sit outside. Every day with a sign. Until they start giving correct care. Thank you

Dr. Anam has now given many really good appointments she has very good people skills which helps in explaining things in away for me to understand things properly. She has also ensured to get everything going in the right direction for getting my appointments set with a neurologist. She is very good at her job and deserves praise for her hard work.

I do not recommend anyone register at this clinic; they are extremely bad. The reception staff are completely uncooperative with patients. I wouldn't even give them one star. It's unfortunate they only got four stars; they don't deserve it.

Time frames waiting for an already scheduled appointment is ridiculous. Was waiting for over an hour and a half after the appointment time. Patients are treated with no respect and not properly listened to, dismiss you with no proper treatment ever given. Go back continueously for the same issue and they see no problem - saying there is nothing else they can do. Would not reccomend this doctors at all if you want to be spoken to with simple respect.

I'm very satisfied about Surgery. Usman he is always smiling and very helpful. always when i have some questions he can solve my problems. THANK YOU SO MUCH USMAN 😁
