NJM Electrical

I booked in for a PAT Test a few days ago with confirmation of an appointment for today (Friday, 22/08/2025) between 15:00 and 15:30. At 14:55 the gent turned up to my premises as I parked my car on the next street, making my way to the front to allow him to enter and conduct the test. He waited 2 minutes (until 14:57) before he left and onto another job. I travelled 20 minutes just to ensure I’m here for 3pm to let him in and conduct the test for an event I have the following week. Very unprofessional as he has now left me in a bad situation. I do not recommend.

I have used Nigel for a full house rewire previously and found him to be professional and very competitive. His work was excellent, completed on time and the house was left perfectly clean and tidy with all waste removed. I have since moved but when I recently had an electrical problem I didn’t hesitate to contact Nigel again and he fit me in quickly to come and investigate and solve the problem. Again he was on time, professional and thorough, found and fixed multiple problems at a very competitive price. I would not use anyone else for electrical work and would highly recommend NJM. Great guys!

Very good cost/quality ratio. I had two single sockets converted to doubles. Quotes from other companies weren't comparable to the great price provided by Nigel. The quality of the work is very good and explained the work completed in a non-condescending way. We will be using NJM for all future electronic needs. The only gripe I had was communication was a bit slow initially but it's a busy time and workloads are restricted by COVID. It's not enough to put me off in future.

I hired NJM Electrical for a full house rewire. I found Nigel and his team to be very professional, experienced and friendly. They provide a brilliant service throughout the whole process. From requesting a quotation, as the work is being carried out and even after the work has been completed. All for a competitive price too. The standard of work is excellent and was started and completed ontime. The house was kept clean and tidy throughout the rewiring process and all the waste was removed from the property. I would definately hire them again in future and will be recommending family and friends do the same.

Came to look at an electric shower issue that turned out to be a fuse box fault. Problem rectified quickly and professionally. Great service from first phone call and sound advice given. Would recommend definitely.
