I had a very poor experience while subletting a flat through this agency. Communication was unprofessional and dismissive from the start. Ruhul, the agent responsible, has been completely unresponsive despite repeated attempts to contact him. I paid my rent upfront as demanded and even overpaid by 13 days after my tenancy ended in order to resolve conflict, yet my £200 deposit has still not been returned within the legal time frame. During my stay, the property was not cleared of the previous tenant’s belongings, and I was unfairly charged for utilities outside of my tenancy. At this point, I’ve had no choice but to escalate the matter. I would strongly caution others against renting or subletting through this agency, and especially against working with Ruhul.
