Boultons

i contacted Boultons back in March to help us sell a parcel of land adjacent to our farmhouse. The land was just sold earlier this month at an online auction arranged by Boultons. We are very happy with the outcome. Andrew has been fantastic throughout the process - always available, offers impartial advice which has been invaluable in what can be a tricky process. His knowledge of previous sales and the state of the market - asking prices, examples of previous sales of various types is impressive and useful to us to help us arrive at a correct estimate for our sale. I would say they definately deliver what they promise and i wouldnt hesitate to use them again - for land or house sale - should the need arise. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Boultons to help with sales of property and land.

I recently purchased a property via Boultons auction. The whole process went very smoothly and throughout the whole thing I liased with Amy who was very quick to respond to my queries. The team is very friendly and efficient, and I felt fully supported throughout the whole process especially as it was my first time bidding in an online auction. I also got the pleasure of meeting Andrew who was very friendly and professional. Thank you to the whole team and I look forward to working with you again in the future.

My experience with Boultons was excellent. The process was seamless, and I had no regrets choosing to work with them. The staff were extremely helpful and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Really disappointing experience! I decided to use Boultons as I had previously purchased my property from them about 6 years ago, thinking this would streamline the whole process with the listing, as they already held relevant info about the property, floor plans, measurements etc. Unfortunately, this was not the case and the general service was quite poor. The consultation with Andrew seemed promising during our initial valuation, they seemed very experienced promised to provide input and regular updates on Rightmove analytics. This never really came to fruition and we never had further correspondence with Andrew until I served notice and asked for the listing to be removed with Boulton's due to lack of interest. Frustrating, at this point Boulton's acknowledged that more could have been don "the slow uptake and perhaps it is our confidence in the house and finding the right buyer that has lead to us being too reactive." This is the last thing you want to hear when selling a property, not to mention various mistakes and inaccuracies in the listing, Poor photos and limited input from professionals in this field. A total of 2 viewings within a 12 week period, one of which was a 'no show' which the agent failed to communicate or notify us. Boultons as a company provided very little input or advice on how we can drum up further interest, other than reducing the price (which we did) and surprisingly received even less interest. I'm really not sure what their marketing strategy (or lack there of) is. I would certainly not recommend.

Amy and Andrew made everything so easy for me. They kept me informed at every stage and were always patient and helpful. It was a pleasure to work with them, and they truly are an asset to Boultons.
