Paulina at Bramleys was absolutely crucial to the purchase of my property, she single handedly kept the purchase on track due to disappointing service from both sales and purchase solicitors involved. Paulina went over and above, was always contactable and responsive, professional and friendly in her approach to me. The seller in the transaction commented the same and the word we both used was “fantastic”! Same has to be said for other people at Bramleys that I spoke to; they really seemed to care about me as an individual and the overall impression I got was that the service was genuine and not for “show”. Would recommend.

We used Gemma and the team at Bramleys Mirfield to sell our house in Gomersal Cleckheaton. Right from the initial valuation with Gemma, the service and attention to detail was exceptional. Amy looked after the sale of our property and was fantastic throughout the whole process, and when we had an initial sale fall through, Amy really cared and went the extra mile to get the property back on the market and sell it as quick as possible. I would highly recommend the team at Bramleys to anyone looking to sell their property.

Couldn't be happier with the process of selling my property. I had a challenging buyer but Emily was fantastic at dealing with them, and keeping me up to date on the sale. The communication with all parties was excellent. It wasn't an expensive sale but I felt like the Bramley's team had my back. I really enjoyed selling with them, I fully recommend them to you.

Until recently we were tenants of a property that we rented via Bramleys for just short of 11 years. Staff were always on the ball re arranging gas safety checks & inspections. When we reported any issues, they were dealt with efficiently & bar 1 problem, the workmen they employed were efficient & able to deal with any tasks.
