The agent viewd my house and brought prospective tenants round as soon as i was ready to let it. The house was let with the 1st viewing. They were referenced and ready to move in as our agreed date. very impressed. A great family run company where customer service is right at the top of the list. They are good value for money and as a fully managed property service I know my rental property is in good hands.

Uzma was our lettings manager from Heritage sales and Lettings and I could not speak more highly of her. I was in contact with 5+ letting agents across the property market to rent my house and she and her team was one of the only agents who felt genuine in wanting to find me tenants that matched my criteria. The team at Heritage lettings took all of my requests into account and proactively found numerous tenants that matched what I were looking for and she got the house up on the market and someone in within 7 days this was highly surprising and very impressive as other letting agents had given me a window of around 4 to 6 weeks. She was patient and supportive in all of my interactions with her and never made me feel pressured in selecting the right tenant as I was spoilt for choice with the amount of customers she had on her database interested in the property. I would highly recommend Heritage Sales and Lettings to anyone who is looking to move into a new home or any landlords who are looking to rent their property. I shall never be using another Letting agent in the near future it’s just a shame I only came across Heritage Lettings and sales recently. Keep up the great work!

1st time using a letting agent and Uzma and her team did not disappoint! They are a friendly, professional team. Found me a tenant within a couple of weeks and kept me updated throughout the process. Property repairs were dealt with promptly while I was away on holiday. This provided me with peace of mind that my property was in good hands!
