Let two

Absolutely fantastic team at Lettwo. I have been using them for many years to find tenants for my flat. Their service has always been absolutely great. Finding, vetting and moving tenants in is always smooth and painless and they are always willing to help with things well outside their standard agency job description! I can't recommend them enough.

Lettwo have managed all my properties with professionalism and competence for the past 6 years, and I would happily recommend them. They have exceeded their remit on many occasions to provide assistance and a stress free service to maintain my business in my absence. Since they took over the management, I have had far fewer problem tenants and unpaid rents, and their statements and payments are prompt and accurate. They adjudicate fairly between my interests and tenants concerns, and act quickly to remedy any problems in the properties. Considering my extensive experience with Lettwo, I would not give much credence to the derogatory comments / reviews from tenants.

I rented a property from this estate agent for 4 years and didn't have many problems until I decided to move out. Luckily for me, even though I didn't have many problems throughout the tenancy I still kept ALL of my emails throughout the whole 4 years of my tenancy and this came in very handy when they refused to pay me my bond of £925 back and altogether initially tried to charge me £2400 for ridiculous things. I do agree that I did owe a small amount of money but no-where near the amount they were trying to charge me and many things were unfair such as I was given permission to freshen up the walls in the same colour paint and then I was charged for it when I moved out, amoung other things. I fought this company all the way and it went to an independent adjudicator who awarded me £675 of my bond back and the estate agent £250...compared to the £2400 they said I owed at first! I would recommend to anyone who rents off this company to keep everything in writing even if there are no issues during the tenancy. Take as many pictures as you can because if it wasn't for my pages of evidence I would have unfairly lost all of my bond.

Let Two were great with me and I had no issues with them as a tennant. Although my landlord was a stickler, Let Two were great at mediating and quick to respond my emails and queries. I had no issues with them at all. I'm considering buying an investment property and will be asking Let Two to mange the property if I go ahead. Thanks Let Two!

Have used their service. Being a small agency, I thought they will offer excellent service. But, have been disappointed on this front. They act solely out of their self-interest and not of the landlord nor the tenant (even though you pay them). They seem to have 2 faces. To a tenant they are intimidating. However, to the Landlord they behave in a charming manner. If I were a tenant, I would avoid them as other agencies are more flexible and accommodating. As a Landlord, I would avoid any agency which has 2 faces as you do not know what to expect. Double standards are always a let down.
