Very unprofessional. As a landlord I need my rent forwarding to me to pay outgoings. That’s what you charge a commission for - to manage the property. On a number of occasions you have failed to contact me about unwarranted delays in rent being paid. In fact you only chased the tenant months later after missed rents and I raised the issue. By then the tenant was already behind on payments. I was promised rent on the 7th of every month. Surprise, surprise, no rent been paid and my calls are not being answered. I called on Wednesday, last week, but still not had a reply. I’ve messaged numerous times. Avoid this company! Poor communication and unprofessional because they simply don’t care!

This agency is run by the most unprofessional, lazy, bunch of liars!! We take care of the property very well and pay rent the time. We have been tenants for almost 10 years. The previous agency was good , but this new agency is appalling! God forbid we have an issue with the property, because it will take months to get back to us, if lucky. Otherwise, they wont get back to you at all! The carpet needs to be changed cos its over 10 years old, and my mother had a fall due to lose carpeting, but still they wouldn't address this issue.
What a great experience with move up letting especially my experience with Mr A latif is unique.He is a very understandable and good listener toward my need as a tenant. Keep it up guys .
I had a really positive experience dealing with this company, they were extremely professional throughout the process of letting my house. All the relevant paper work was done and emailed to me . Would definitely recommend this letting agency to all.
