Long time overdue but I purchased a house which completed in July 24 - almost a year after my initial offer went in. The team at Ryder and Dutton were absolutely fabulous throughout. There was a lot of backwards and forwards when my house sale fell through and everyone went back on the market until we found another buyer and I appreciated the openness and honesty that came across from the team during that time until I had a buyer again and was able to make a reoffer. My solicitors were absolutely terrible and I just want to give a shout out to Emmy, who is *worth her weight in gold*, who pushed my solicitors on my behalf while I was working. Emmy kept me in the loop to what was going on with the seller's solicitors/what they were waiting for when I hadn't heard anything through my lot. Emmy, you absolutely prevented me from completely tearing my hair out and were such a pleasure to talk to. I cannot thank you enough. I think I'd still be waiting on a completion date without you! I didn't expect this level of service from an estate agent as a buyer but if ever I decide to move, the Ryder and Dutton team at Huddersfield would absolutely be my first choice. Thanks team!

It took almost a year due to unforeseen issues, moving is definitely the most stressful life events we have ever done. The team at Ryder & Dutton were amazing, responsive and understanding whilst we battled on! There is nothing too big or too small and they are always a phone call away should you need anything. When our sale fell through, we had practically daily conversations with the team to get the viewings back up and it only took 2 months (over Christmas I must add) to get resold. A massive thank you to Emmy and Oliver for getting us through this mostly unscathed! I cannot recommend enough!
