I can not speak highly enough of the team at Screens, what they have done for us at such a difficult time has been truly appreciative. From start to finish the care and kindness shown by the funeral directors were truly comforting. Gavin, in particular, was exceptional. At such a difficult and emotional time, he treated us with genuine warmth, patience and understanding, which meant more than words can express. Everything was handled with great respect and sensitivity, and we always felt listened to and gently supported. Gavin took the time to ensure every detail was right, allowing us to fucus on saying goodbye to our mum and remembering her in a way she deserved. We are deeply grateful for the compassion, reassurance and professionalism shown throughout the entire process. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone looking for thoughtful, caring support during such a hard time.

Gavin, Kim and The Team, it’s taken me a while to put this together cause how can I make my words do you Justice. From the day you collected mum, to the date of us laying mum (The Duchess if Dalton) to rest you took us into your arms and cared for us with such empathy, love and compassion, a thank you does not suffice. Mums day was planned just as we envisioned it to be and then you looked after us thereafter. I just have no words that can do you justice. My mum had the send off she deserved and that we hoped it to be. As we navigate life without her we are comforted by the fact that in life and death she was cared for by the best.

We cannot thank Gavin and his team at D.J. Screen & Sons enough for the care, compassion and professionalism they showed us throughout arranging my mum’s funeral. From start to finish, Gavin was respectful, understanding and incredibly patient, taking the time to guide us through everything at what was a very difficult time. Nothing ever felt rushed, and we always felt listened to and supported. Gavin and the team did all the heavy lifting and organisation for the day itself, and clearly explained any parts we needed to do ourselves, expectations were clear from the start and it all helped make the day itself a lovely, fitting send-off, which meant a great deal to us. If anyone were to ask for a recommendation, I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend Gavin and his team. Their care and attention made a genuinely hard time that little bit easier. The pricing is exceptional considering the quality of their offering and I would not hesitate to not only recommend them but will insist that my family use them when the need arises.
