The team guided and supported us through our worst days. The day of the funeral was seamless. Attention to detail was heartwarming. As a family, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for Jayden’s compassionate support during the difficult time of our beloved Dad’s, passing. Jayden’s professionalism and attention to detail provided such comfort to our family. He guided us through every step of the process, ensuring that everything was handled with the utmost care. We truly appreciate his support and kindness throughout. Everything we had in mind, he went above and beyond to ensure we were able to give the send off we had hoped for. A long overdue rating (I thought I did it at the time, a year ago)! Great compassion and helpfulnes. And I'd recommend. Katrina was great in providing all of the information and helping organise everything, so friendly in such a situation. Jayden, wow! He treated my dad with full respect and professionalism! The added touches of walking in walking Infront of the hearse leaving the funeral parlour, and to the crematorium. A credit to him. Thank you to the staff involved, you were all great and a credit to your professionalism.
