Obviously this has been a hard time for our family but the kindness and love shown by the whole team has been so comforting and helped us all. Thank you to Becky, Charlotte and all at Mackness who took great care of my late father's funeral arrangements. They were sensitive, caring and practical with fantastic communication. I can’t thank Rebecca and her team highly enough after the recent passing of our lovely Dad. We didn’t hesitate in using Rebecca after she looked after my nephew a few years ago for his funeral, it was my Dads request also, so we didn’t hesitate she was always going to be our first choice. From beginning to end Rebecca has been there for all of us as a family, her kindness shines through and she shows she really cares for you, that’s what’s so special about her, herself and her team have been so kind and thoughtful, nothing was too much trouble for them, Our lovely dad was treated with dignity, kindness and respect. Rebecca designed our booklets after telling her what we wanted, she added personal touches and made them very bespoke, we were so happy with them, she captured Dad to the perfect last point. On the day of Dads funeral we loved that Rebecca walked out of Dads street followed by Dad, wonderful thought and touch, she looked after us all when we arrived at the crematorium and certainly helped give Dad a very beautiful Goodbye. As a family we can’t thank Rebecca enough … beautiful inside and out, please don’t hesitate to use Mackness, during our very sad time Rebecca made it into a stress free, calm experience and keeping in touch with us all the time. Saying Goodbye to Dad was difficult for us all.
