Extremely disappointed with this garage, informed an issue with an oil leak and dropped my vehicle for check, was advised about engine oil flush to check oil leak, later on garage rang me to inform me there was no oil leak and charged me almost £115 was all. Few days ater oil was leaking and same issue, when I told garage about this he said it's normal, wasted my time, wouldn't recommend this garage, charges you extra and doesn't do the job properly.

Extremely Disappointed Although he's a decent mechanic, his attitude is terrible and prices are outrageous. I had an issue with my rear spring and a rusted exhaust. He charged £325, didn’t even replace the full pipe—just patched the middle. After collecting the car, a strange wheel noise started. Turns out he didn’t fix the exhaust cover properly. When I went back, instead of apologizing, he demanded £15 more for his own mistake. I paid the full bill without negotiating, and over £15 he told me never to come back. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. Avoid unless you're ready to overpay and be disrespected. Budget very high if you go!

So I’ve only ever given about six reviews in my life I think this is the seventh I just wanna take a time out to explain my experience with J motors I seen the mechanic yesterday and asked him to have a look at my car he asked me to bring the car down first thing in the morning which I thought was fantastic getting it in so early I’ve got the car down today and he diagnosed the fault and had it repaired within ONE hour when I went to collect the car I was that happy with the service I’ve asked him to full fully service my car which he has done it all in the same day! i’ve just returned home and the car feels brand-new thank you so much I’ve even booked in to have my water pump done with him and he’s Evan got that booked in to do within 7 days. service is absolutely fantastic I’ve used plenty of garages and I have finally found my go to garage don’t give it a miss! Edited review: the lady behind the counter is lovely too customer service is a1 Thank you Edited after water pump: Got my car back today and it’s absolutely sound as a pound this garage really makes a difference thank you mate! Customer service is a1 and work is unbelievable and quick my engine literally looks brand new.. they have serviced it, done track rod end, and fitted a brand new water pump and every bit of work has being bang on. He Evan gave me a service book, stamped it and made me aware of my next service and what to look out for. They actually care unlike other garages! Take my word…. I’ve visited many many garages and this is by far the best. Cheers
