AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS. I wish I couldn't even give one star. I'm making this review 2 years after I made the unfortunate mistake of using this place. Long story short, they replaced a snapped coil spring for me. 2 days later, the entire wheel hub assembly on that same corner totally collapsed just as I'd come off the motorway. I was incredibly lucky it didn't happen 30 seconds sooner or I may not even be here. It's that serious. I had the car recovered there initially and to begin with, one of the sons was incredibly shocked and apologetic and essentially accepted responsibility. Then his father came out, sent the son away, was extremely rude and refused to take any responsibility, saying it was purely coincidence that the hub had SHEARED off only 2 days after they replaced the spring. He even told me they didn't have to remove any parts to change the spring - I'd love to know how they did that! He wanted me to pay a fortune in repairs which I absolutely was not going to do. I took the car elsewhere for a thorough inspection and was able to prove without a doubt that this garage had bodged it and overtightened the wheel hub nut, causing the entire hub to crack and eventually fail and shear off. Even when I provided them with the report, they STILL refused to take any responsibility. So I went to small claims court. They ignored every single court summons letter and even ignored the final outcome in which the court ruled they were totally at fault and ordered them to pay. £2500 in repairs that I was forced to fork out (being a student at the time, this was devastating), 4 weeks of struggling to travel without a car over the Christmas period and now, 2 years later, I have still not received a penny. Utterly pathetic behaviour that could have been sorted had they just accepted responsibility. The amount of positive reviews is honestly what's triggered this review now, as the good reviews are the reason I went to them in the first place. Mine is an extreme case I know, but their horrendous behaviour is their apparent way of dealing with problems they caused. So be warned if you ever find fault with their work, because you could end up like I have.

I have known the owner Jatinder since we were kids, and their character shows in the business.There constantly nice,helpful and honest.I always feel taken care of here and highly recommend them for any car trouble.🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I've been taking my car to JS Motors for over a year now after a good friend of mine referred me to them. I have taken my car to other places and I have been taken advantage of because I don't know much about cars. Sonny was very helpful and explained thoroughly whatever he needed to do. They are good and honest. The prices have always been reasonable.
