Not usually a Karen BUT bought a car from here 3 months ago. Had an oil leak this week so I took it to my regular garage. For them to check the car to find that it has multiple LEAKS THAT WERE FILLED EITH SILICONE. By no means did I expect a perfectly running car OR one that wouldn't have some slight issues. But no way did i expect my regular garage guy to tell me that the car is pissing oil everywhere because leaks had been bodged with SILICONE!
Said they would send someone out to see my car on 2 occasions, no one turned up. Even specially went cash machine to cash out to pay for the service as I was told by one worker it was £30 charge and when I rang up next day I was told £20 charge. Very unprofessional, unorganised business do no recommend.
Great! I always take my car for MOT to them, as very trusted and alleay make sure my car is safe to drive, and even shows me thinks that may be a problem in the coming future, what are not even apart of the MOT, this shows you how much attention is paid when doing the work great place!
The don’t value their customers. They destroyed my car and exchanged the parts. They are too stubborn to agree on their mistakes and charge you loads of money
Great service. they fixed mine and my families cars and they did for a low low price. everything was great.i shall be returning.
