Andrea was great, it was my first time and I set her the challenge of a restyle! She was friendly, reassuring and her attention to detail was fab, I'll definitely be back!

I was looking for a new hairdresser and after research decided to try Mark Rileys. From my initial contact and consultation, I knew I made the right choice. Timings were tight for when I wanted an appointment but the fabulous lady on reception managed to move some things around to make my appointment work. I arrived yesterday and straight away was made to feel comfortable. I was so nervous as I have had medical problems that have caused hair loss but Andrea and Morgan both took the time to deeply understand this and advise what would work for me and was realistically achievable. I felt so confident that I told them they had free reign. Something I'd of never of done with anyone else. The whole process was fantastic and everything explained to me along the way. Both ladies were fantastic and experts in their field and I felt their passion for what they do instantly. I was offered drinks throughout and asked if i was feeling OK, did I need anything, was I comfortable? It wasn't just a hairdressing appointment, it was a totally different experience I've had at any other salon. Mark himself was busy with clients but he came over to say hello not just to me but to other clients. He was so friendly and chatty and created a great ambience in the salon. I love the finish result and have already booked my next visit. I have found my new hairdressers for life! I highly recommend this salon and especially if you are nervous like me, I promise you're in good hands. Fabulous hair by Sophie. She worked miracles with my hair. Turning my home dyed brown hair to a gorgeous blonde within a few visits. Hair is now in great condition too. Shes also such a lovey person. So friendly and great to talk to, plus super talented and highly qualified in lloreal. Mark is fabulous too, as are all the staff, greeting me with an offer of a latte and big smiles. I always leave there feeling wonderful, renewed and relaxed. Highly recommended 5*
