Very nice staff but parking is a mess and security are horrible. Came for an appointment and the parking was absolutely full with nowhere near or further away to park at. Told the nurse who was very helpful and told me I could park my car near the entrance. I have then parked and security have began saying I need to pay for parking. I said okay that's fine but it is a machine that accepts Change only. All hospitals definitely should have an option for card paymente especially when parking is being made mandatory for patients attending. I just ended up moving my car in the end not worth the hassle as hardly anyone under the age of 50 carries change nowadays. Lol
My daughter attended the clinic to get her school boosters she missed at school. The nurse who did the immunisations was so lovely, friendly and kind. She really put my daughter at ease.

Hi there I’m my name is rose and I’m are a deaf woman. BSL sign language. I been so very very it’s frustrating I feel so the stuck how I get to contact that a locala sexul health in at Princess royal health centre. I can’t call this because I’m are deaf and need just a text messages. And I been sometimes I ask family or friends or someone had a tired calls 4 times so this not answering so its annoying really waiting 40mins or 50mins and not answering, this isn’t unfair to us all been so much was frustrated. This was wrong 😑!
