AVOID!!! Owner is rude. And absolutely 0 customer service at all. Was sent to amend an issue on my front door to where I can get my whole hand behind the frame of the door and pull on it whilst it is locked. Due to this gap the soundproofing is obsolete as it sounds as if the door is open unless I apply constant pressure to the door where it dosent sit properly. He has then ASSURED me that nothing can be done, when the know how doors fit… nor is it safe and secure when there is play in the door when it is closed, any professional will tell you the same. This to me sounds like a lazy “I don’t want to be here” job. I have told him I do not feel safe in my new property knowing that 1 successful kick could put my door through or be at severe risk of being put through due to improper fitment and incompetence. He was then frustrated on the phone when I continued to tell him that the way the door closes is not adequate. Informing me that I’m wrong for feeling unsafe in n a new house because the door isn’t on properly and that any further attempts to rectify the situation will be useless as he has “done all he can do” I would avoid at all costs typical “I can’t be bothered” locksmith I will be referring everyone away from this place and recommending that my letting agents take their business elsewhere to someone who is actually capable of doing the work. And knows how to speak to customers without arguing and trying to make them feel stupid. Appalling.. Photos included to show how obviously inccorrect the door fitment is. Just lazy

Brilliant, efficient service and very reasonably priced. Came and sorted out new locks for a property and fixed an issue with a faulty lock. Can’t recommend highly enough and will be using again in the future.

Went for a new car key. Owner/employee quoted me £200 for a new key; however, after testing it was able to replace the casing for £35. Was extremely happy with this, and the service provided.

Small shop - proprietor knows his stuff! Good value.
