E-Nails

The actual design I got on my nails is beautiful, but the state of my nails is horrific. The edges of my nails have been left with nail polish on, I was cut twice in two different places and no first aid/plasters offered. I got to my car and applied my own plaster and cleaned the cuticles as much as I could. Here's to hoping my nail doesn't get infected now

***FOLLOWING ON FROM YOUR REPLY THAT IS COMPLETE LIES* I arrived at 2.35 and the receptionist was actually counting money so didn’t go and get Ellie until 2.40. It then took Ellie a few minutes to come and get me so I was taken down at my appointment time (2.45). Please show the CCTV of the EXACT time I got taken down when trading standards get in touch with you! I will attach every single message to my post now between me and Ellie as I have nothing to hide, but the fact you had to block reviews on Fresha says a lot about your business and work ethic.*** First time visiting E nails and will be the last. I had a very poor experience with a supposed lash technician named Ellie. A full set of hybrid lashes normally takes 1.5–2 hours, but this appointment was finished in under 45 minutes?!? Straight after, my eyes were stinging, the lashes felt heavy, and they were digging into my eye balls due to the poor placement Ellie did. At the time I wanted to see if the irritation would subside as I no each technicians use different products but after a few hours I could not bare it. They were so uncomfortable I had to try remove them myself & just by touching them, half of them came out immediately. I then had to pay £65 to visit another lash technician today (with over 6 years’ experience) to remove and reapply my lashes properly. She confirmed the original set had been applied incorrectly. Many were placed directly on my waterline, causing irritation, and multiple fans had been applied onto single natural lashes without proper isolation. She had to wash my lashes three times to try to remove the glue, and even then, some could not be fully removed. The new set took 2 hours and was completely comfortable with no irritation — highlighting how poor the original application was. I messaged Ellie but we unfortunately couldn’t come to an agreement as she only offered half of my money back and kept illiterating that this has never happened before. It hasn’t for me either - however, every other lash technician I’ve been too appears to take pride in there work instead of botching and taking peoples hard earned money. This was the first time I’ve ever had an issue like this, as I’ve never experienced discomfort or pain with other lash technicians. I have since raised a chargeback with my bank for the £50 I paid, as the service was not carried out with reasonable care or skill. I will also be reporting this to Trading Standards, as it’s clear the service was unsafe. See attached photos of my lashes - I’ve tried to leave a review on Fresha but I have been blocked 🤣 If you want your lashes botched or clearly any service botched, I’d go to Ellie.

I’ve been having my nails done at e-nails for years and always have a great experience! All of the ladies in here are lovely, particular shout out to Katie & Chloe who are so talented at what they do! Wouldn’t go anywhere else, highly recommend xx

I’ve been having my nails done at enails for about 2 years now and they’re always fab! El usually does them but I’ve used others and never had a bad experience, they’re all really lovely! The choice of colours is great and nail art they can do is beautiful! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

10/10!! Came in today with some damage to my nails from a previous nail salon and Channie absolutely saved my nails. Made me fall in love with them again and was so patient with them. Took her time and they turned out amazing! Would 100% recommend and will definitely be returning ! Xx
