Halo nails and spa

AVOID at all costs!! £25 for a full set is an absolute rip off for them to chip all over almost 24hrs later!! I went back at 5:45 within shop hours to get them repainted to be greeted by them cleaning the shop (although they close at 6:30) and she said she could not break away from the cleaning - Lazy Workmanship. Won’t ever be going back!!

Rushed nails. She put 2 different colours on on top of each other and tried to convince me they were my chosen colour. Sadly, I paid and left disappointed. I truly don't like leaving a negative review but I feel really let down. Unfortunately I won't be going back

Had my nails done 3 days ago with shellac, they have already chipped. By far the worst nails I've had, not the colour I asked for and then I was bullied to not pay by card, she wanted cash and her 5 year old daughter would walk me to the cash machine. Person in charge very abrupt and rude. As soon as they had more customers for acrylics, mine were rushed. I asked for a glitter and it is definitely not the glitter from the sample shown, I think they refill their bottle with cheaper alternative. Will not use again. UPDATE, NAILS DIDNT LAST EVEN A WEEK, UPDATED PICTURE TO SHOW HOW THEY ARE AFTER JUST A WEEK...same nails just different lighting

Myself and my friend came to get our nails done and a pedicure each. All I can say is WOW! Impressed from the minute we walked in. We was greeted on arrival from a friendly team, was a very relaxing experience. I have recently broken my toe and the owner was so incredibly careful and made sure I wasn’t in any pain throughout the process. My nails and toes were exactly how I asked them to be, the right length, colour, style etc. Myself and my friend was very impressed and we will be returning when we are due our infills and the time after that. Well done Halo nails! You have just gained two new customers❤️

I have been getting my nails done at Halo for nearly 2 years. At times my nails have been hit and miss but they have good customer service for the most part, so I kept returning. My issue with this salon & the reason I will not be returning is because of the inconsistency with prices and quality from the technicians. I was charged £30 for an infill when I overheard a lady sat next to me was charged £25 for the same thing. Not only that, but they will find excuses as to not give you what you asked for, and instead give you a service that is quicker for them. Additionally there is a man who now does nails and he made me feel very uncomfortable by unnecessarily stroking my arm and took my ring off to wear it himself, without saying anything or if my jewellery was a problem (which it’s not) didn’t communicate that to me.
