I had acrylic nails done today. I was charged £33 when they charged £25 to my friend a few days before. I wasn't very impressed with the customer service, it seems like they are in a rush and zero conversation which made me feel awkward. They didn't give me enough time to choose my nails either.
My girlfriend went to get her nails done nearly 2 week ago, after 2 days she got in infection in 2 of her nails she went back to go get Atleast a small amount of her money back and was refused, the owner (Lisa) was rude and patronising. My sister went with her and was just laughed at and was told “we asked if you liked them before you left to which my Girlfriend replied “ yes I did, but 2 days later I gained an infection” she hasn’t got her money back. But lost her actual nail. And still got the infection. Will be taking this to the council
Absolutely love this nail salon. Staff are friendly and helpful always do what I want with my nails lovely place I won't go any where else
