I had acrylic nails done today. I was charged £33 when they charged £25 to my friend a few days before. I wasn't very impressed with the customer service, it seems like they are in a rush and zero conversation which made me feel awkward. They didn't give me enough time to choose my nails either.
Absolutely love this nail salon. Staff are friendly and helpful always do what I want with my nails lovely place I won't go any where else

Always receive great customer service and top quality nails. All staff are friendly and patient. I often take my 6 young old niece in to get shellac nails and they are great with her.
Awful customer service, awful nails, they look awful. Unorganised company, rushing and with bad quality. Missed details.
