My nails were rushed they are not all the same shape or length I would never come here again unless you want a rushed unprofessional service

I've been coming to this nail shop for over 2 years. Every time I have had an excellent experience and service. I've been super happy with my nails too, but the last time I went I got a different experience, different vibe and if anything felt VERY uncomfortable. Also, my nails were done super short when I asked them to be alot longer. Not happy, my nails are very sore from before I had them done, I kindly asked for a woman to do them as the guy who works there is very rough and has tend to hurt my fingers in the past. I then got given the guy, which as soon as he started on them he was hurting my nail, so I explained again and his reaction made me feel so uncomfortable I almost got up and walked out. His customer service is appalling. He speaks about you in his own language and makes it so obvious. If I'm paying my money to someone when it's not exactly cheap I expect a decent level of customer service yet he was so rude, I've never known anything like it. All the girls are lovely and do such a good job, and he usually does but after how he was I will not be returning back.

So reliable always get the perfect nails and perfect shapes! Definitely recommend Huyen who painted my toe nails perfectly and Nhung who gave me a lovely foot message! Excellent business!
