Had my nails done on the 16th (2nd time from this shop) and at first the experience was very enjoyable (pedicure was done perfectly) however the lady who was doing my nails (although very nice) decided to take my phone and upload a screenshot of my inspo pics and give herself a 5 star rating (which ive since deleted). I have since noticed several things I am unhappy with included lifting of my nails just 7 days after theyve been done, not being sealed around my cuticle and uneven nails. The service is very fast however for the price paid £85 (manicure and pedicure) you would expect more attention to detail....
Absolutely love coming here for a pedicure. I sit in the massage chair and relax in the foot spa whilst having my feet done. The young man who does my pedicure is delightful. So friendly and amazing at his job! This is the best place for pedicure! Love it! Then have gorgeous gel with French tips. They always last such a long time! Brilliant all round!
After being to pretty much every nail salon in Huddersfield town centre I have to say these are the best so far! Staff were all very friendly and my experience here was better than good! I felt very relaxed and comfortable and my nails are absolutely perfect! Exactly how I wanted them! I’d say probably better than the picture I showed! 100% recommend and will definitely be back!
Had a really good experience here the staff were all polite and professional. I had shellac nails and they were done to a really good standard im really happy with them and was a cheap price too. Overall a really good experience would recommend.
Okay so, the acrylics are really really good from here, one of the best, and this is from someone who has been getting acrylics consistently for the past 5 years. The customer service here from one person in particular, (the man with loads of tattoos on his arms) is the worst thing I have ever experienced at a place. I was getting my nails done and accidentally was moving some hair that was on my face. The nails had already dried at this point. The nail tech shouted at me in anger in a different language and moved really fast, almost like he wanted to cause harm to me, lmao. I am not the type of person to put up with this, but also was in the middle of getting my nails done, so didn't retaliate at that point. Such bad customer service it's a joke
