Ruby's Nails

The last picture shown is what I've asked them to do and my nails is the outcome. Asked for gel nails, sat there for 2 hours,wanted nail art too, but was already too disappointed so I didn't get it, also didn't have anymore time to sit and ask to remove them and start again. I clearly showed disappointment to them, but felt that when they tried to fix the mistake ( as it looked even worst) it felt really rushed as the shop was quite busy, but you can see my nails don't look near same as in the picture I wanted. Would not recommend and wouldn't be returning again. Was excited to get the set before Christmas now I feel I have to remove them as it looks embarrassing. Also I uploaded 2 pictures to show how the nails has no apex and look super flat and wonky.

I have been to quite a few nail places in Huddersfield but nowhere has the talent or attention to detail and takes pride in their work the way that Ruby nails does. I am a regular however yesterday was terrible - Chen filed my nails in a hurry leading to a major cut on my cuticle which started bleeding, wiped it once but since the bleeding didn’t stop he poured a green liquid directly over it which caused a severe burning and my thumb is still swollen. He then refused to show me what he put over it but I’m pretty sure it was acid primer that has caused a chemical injury

Went in looking for a walk in appointment and got served straight away. Was a bit of wait in between other customers but service was still very good, got what I requested and my nails turned out very nice!! Very happy with the price too. Decent atmosphere and staff. Clean environment too.
