DO NOT GO HERE!! I came here in June to get my prom nails done and deeply regret it. It was everything that I didn't ask for. The service here is terrible. I came here in hopes to get a really cute set for prom. (I wasn't a walk in, I had booked a day in advanced before coming in.) When I got there off the bat the service was terrible, I was sent to an empty chair where I had to wait 10 minutes before a lady came. The lady glued the acrylic tips on my fingers and then ran off again so I was left alone again for another 15 minutes. After waiting for a while another male employee approached me and tapped my shoulder signalling with his hands to come with him. I stood up and went over to his station and he took one look at the acrylic tips on my nails and took them off immediately before immediately glueing more on. He started to prep my nail with an abnormal amount of filing where it began to even hurt my real nail, he asked me if I came in for french tips (what my booking said) and I said yes and showed him my inspo picture (coffin/ballerina shaped french tips with a heart on one finger) I had asked him if he could possibly do the design of the heart on the two fingers and he agreed. I specifically asked him to make it look the same (the shape, length, colour and design) to which he agreed once again. Not only did he proceed to ignore our conversation but he even took my phone from me which had the picture on. I didn't think anything of it because he said he understands and will do it but he did NOT understand clearly. Instead of doing what i asked for, he did what he wanted, short square shape nails (I tried telling him that's not what I wanted and he said "it better" than the shape I wanted) and when it came time to doing the design changed the heart design completely because he couldn't be bothered (i would of been fine with no design and a regular french tip if he said he couldn't do it) During the filing process he went way overboard and damaged all my nails, he damaged one of my nails (my thumb) that badly the nail split vertically on the side. So not only was I in pain but it was everything i didn't want. Immediately after finishing the service he quickly made me pay so I couldn't realise how bad they were. I was in a rush because it was the day of prom for me so I didn't think anything of it until the drive home. I thought the pain was normal since it was only my second time having my nails done (It very much ISN'T normal) Please don't go here, the service is terrible, the staff are unqualified and the manager is just as rude. They barely speak English a lot of them and overall this business needs to be shut down. They charged me £35 to ruin my nails and day so unless you want that then DO NOT GO Don't listen to the owners replies, pure nonsense. Why would I pay 35 quid to file them down myself before prom. If you look closely the top coat is 100% still there it's just THEIR crappy paint job and filing skills. And They won't refund either so pure nonsense.

Today was my first day coming here and I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews about this place but when I cam today it was the total opposite although we did have to wait about 20 minutes to start the nails once we started it went well and it was quite quick tbh I had the owner do my nails and he is a very nice guy we had a really nice conversation and I normally don’t have conversations when I get my nails done it was also a bit quite in the shop and i said “why is there no music” and he passed me the remote to the tv and said I could play whatever music I wanted and also gave me a nice cold bottle of water which that’s definitely never happened to me before in other nail shops. But I personally really like this place and other people may have different opinions or experiences but I haven’t had any issues at all so I would Definitely come here again and I would recommend to other people to come here. And the nails were incredible! Perfect shape and length thank you! 😊

went to this place 3 days ago whilst seeing some family. i tried to ask the lady for my design first too see the price completely got ignored, then asked the price and got told 2 different prices. i loved my nails for the first two days until they have started peeling and chipping. i have then contacted them via instagram to be told no refunds and “do what i want”

Was nice and friendly when me and my friend came in she thought it was a great place and would go back again , we sat waiting for 20 mins and then got asked to sit on another seat then had to wait another 20 minutes making me wait 40 minutes to even start my nails I would have understood if the place was busy but there was around 6 people in there , one woman left as she had to wait so long , the owner that assisted me and my friend was very nice to us two but to others not so much , one lady asked for a colour or a shape I think she mentioned cat eye ? She said politely that the colour they had put on wasn't the one she had asked for the man replied ' can't change it now ' and began to argue with her and shouted which could have scared younger people or even her , so so rude and didn't agree with the situation, the woman thought there is no point in even trying to explain so she just kept saying okay and he carried on trying to argue , I went in with a good feeling as he seemed friendly when I saw how he spoke to that customer I instantly regretted going there , he was nice to us but I got very weird vibes of this guy , it took even longer for my nails as the owner decided mid way through my nails to go for a cigarette , appart from that the nails are okay but no one should feel that uncomfortable in a place of service that they aren't confident enough to say what they dislike about their own nails that they pay for without being shouted at or try argue with you ? I'd also say he rushed my nails quite a lot and missed out a few steps and smaller parts on my nails are messy also left nail polish all over my finger and thumb. Personally I wouldn't go back , not because of the nails but because of the people that work there .

Before I even started the guy did not want to do my nails, he cut off months worth of growth. I asked for a specific nail colour on my natural nails and they were getting mad and sarcastic because I want to grow my nails, if you cannot cater for customers then you shouldn’t be running or at least tell me in advance that you do not offer the service I require. They had terrible service and started ignoring me and being aggressive with the treatment. One guy stated scoffing a banana in my face so I just paid for my soak off and whatever he had done to my nails and left.
